ALASKA SALMON

I've always been drawn to ocean. Its calming presence along with its violent chaos make it an endless space of discovery and intrigue. Commercial fisherman are one of the few that get to spend the bulk of their lives living and working in that arena. Photographing that interaction is pure joy for me. Sitka, Alaska, being one of most beautiful locations where it happens, made it even better.
